Language of the Day
If you teach in a bilingual setting, you probably have students that get confused as to which language they are supposed to use throughout the week. There are several things you can do to help avoid this problem. In an ideal world, each day would be taught completely in one language so that students don't have to switch back and forth throughout the day. It's really important that as the teacher, you set a good example of always using the appropriate target language. One way you can help remind students about the language of the day is by using a visual cue like the one below.
