We're glad you are here! Let us start by saying that students are at the heart of everything we do. Our main goal is to improve the quality of education for bilingual students in grades preschool-5th grade (PK-5) around the globe.

We are a global community of teachers who have experience teaching bilinguals in various settings around the globe. Some of us have experience in bilingual programs, while others have experience in dual-language or immersion settings. Some of us have taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in the United States, while others have taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL) abroad. Despite our varying instructional approaches, we have many things in common. Let's start with the obvious...

• We all teach or have taught bilingual students. Some of us have the privilege to teach trilingual students too.
• Our students are at the heart of all our work, and we learn from them just as they learn from us.
• We love languages and cultures, and we love trying new things.
• We see bilingualism and biculturalism as an asset, not a deficit.
• We are creative problem solvers, and work in collaboration.

We know that teachers of bilingual students often lack the resources and materials they need. We know this because we have experience teaching bilingual students just like you. That's why we're here - to share resources and strategies to help improve the quality of education of bilingual students around the world. We look forward to collaborating with you.

Our vision is to support teachers of bilingual students by making the resources and materials they need for their classrooms readily available at their fingertips. Our mission is to provide an effective collaborative space for teachers of bilingual students to share and learn together as a united global community.
