We are so happy to join the fun on this website and share a little bit about ourselves. We are actually a trio. Veronica, Kimmy, and I (Katia) make up The Dual Trio. Veronica and I are teaching 4th grade Dual Language this year and Kimmy is still loving 1st grade. Most of our posts and products are geared towards K-2 but hopefully this year we can add some upper elementary products and tips!
Most people want to know how we became The Dual Trio. A couple of years about the three of us were writing Science Curriculum for our district and became fast friends. Kimmy and Veronica were dual language partners and I (Katia) was teaching bilingual 1st grade. We had so many conversations about dual language and that we decided to start a blog (www.thedualtrio.com) and share our experiences, victories, and struggles along the way.
